Assist in assembling and engaging the appropriate Board Membership
Facilitate all necessary governmental filings to launch the organization

Communication with potential grantees and distribution of grant applications
Screening and evaluation of grant requests and final recommendations to the Board
Measurement of grant success through grantee evaluation
Establishment of appropriate asset allocation
Assist in screening and selecting asset manager(s) in accordance with the Investment Policy
Monitor asset performance against predetermined benchmarks
Monthly or Quarterly Income Statements / Balance Sheets
Facilitation of Board Meetings and Retreats
Assure the Foundation is in legal compliance in accordance with State and Federal standards
Encourage, facilitate and secure proper succession planning
