PRESENT POSITION: Founder of The New Light Group and President of New Light Consulting Resources, LLC.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Following 15 years in the Financial Services industry with companies such as Aid Association for Lutherans, Northwestern Mutual, and Lutheran Brotherhood, Jim founded New Light Resource Group, Ltd. in 1997.
PERSONAL AFFILIATIONS: Jim serves on the Board of Directors for The Concordia University Foundation, River Forest, IL. and has just completed the responsibility of Co-Chairing a $40 million capital campaign to benefit ministries surrounding Concordia.
Jim and his wife Laura along with their six children reside in Addison, IL and are active members of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Naperville, IL.
